These are my absolute go-to foods. Seriously, I try to keep all of this here at the house at all times. Remember that fruits and veggies are very important and don’t be scared to try new ones. Mangoes and Kiwi are my absolute favorites!
*I say not too much spinach dip because it’s high in fat but, it’s only 50 calories for 2 tbsp so, it’s a tasty snack every now and then!
